AUTOart 2019 Updated Release List

Team AUTOart are tight-lipped on the new releases or should we say announcements for 2019.  The upcoming German Toy Fair scheduled for later this month should bring us some more insight on what the brand is bringing forward in 2019 and beyond.  We do have some news on some of the 2018/2019 assortment to share, with scheduled release dates too.  Also to those who emailed us about McLaren 675LT, be patient the model is coming in due time.  Delays are those of the licensing variety, but as we all saw a few of the Chicane Grey did squeak through via the European market late last month.

  1. Yi Fan says:

A huge sigh of relief for me (and my bank account) since only the Ford Focus RS interests me.

  2. flathead says:

I count half-a-dozen must-haves on that list — and probably even more, once pictures are shown.

    • Roger Lodge says:

Thanks for settling for their overpriced plastic crap and watering down the hobby for the rest of us. Too many of you are why Autoart has gotten away with turning their models to shite and charging ever more for them.

      • Adrián I says:

There’s no plastic crap here dude, you can’t blame this guy for buying composite models. Whether you choose or not to buy them that’s your business but you have to respect other collectors choices as we respect yours.

  3. BDR57 says:

I thought the 1998 R390 GT1 got cancelled, it’s great to still see it on this list but I will believe it when I see it. It was the top of my wishlist for the longest time.

  4. crz says:

2019 is going to be an expensive year lol.

  5. Kuosteve says:

Where is 991.2 gt3 rs???I want that so bad

  6. spikyone says:

Wonder what’s going on with the McLaren licensing? It seems like they were all ready to release the 675LT at a few retailers – and a few slipped out to customers before the plug got pulled. I think Rob at DX managed to get hold of the 650S Bathurst winner too.
I hope they manage to sort out whatever’s happening. The 720S is going to be a must-have for me. I’d like to see some of the other colours of the 675LT but that might be something I pick up too.

It also seems that a couple of colours of the Vanquish S have already hit the shops, I saw black and silver. It would be nice if AutoArt made the Vanquish Zagatos, since Top Speed are taking forever and they’ll still have solid grilles when they’re eventually released.

  7. TezcanS. says:

I purchased the Frontiart / Avanstyle Candy Red Vanquish Zagato. It is on its way. More expensive than TSM but quality and details on TSM looks disappointing.

    • spikyone says:

I didn’t know that existed. Do they have a version without the gold wheels and trim? Seems to be like that on all the photos, and they look a bit too “Middle East playboy” for my taste :-(

    81643 – McLAREN 650S GT3 BATHURST 12 HOUR WINNER 2016 S.VAN GISBERGEN/A.PARENTE/J.WEBB #59A – Delayed Licensing

uhh robs model cars you tube channel has already reviewed this model,he said he bought it off autoarts webs site.so looks like some mclarens are slipping out?

either way im introuble looks like all my fords are out in q1-2,told my wife wouldn’t be till q4 opps

  9. Viewbreaker says:

Hmmm can somebody confirm if the Skyline Super Silhouette will be diecast metal, because i am getting mixed information on the websites, thanks!

  10. Bob Ashton says:

I did indeed already get the McLaren 650s GT3 Bathurst winner directly from AA website. And like the others said, this year is going to get expensive!

  11. Adamski92 says:

Long list of various cars, yet only vehicles offered in scale 1/43. Can someone explain me what’s going on? Since Hot Wheels Elite gave up. Well made models of Ferrari’s or Lamborghini are only offered by a higher end brands, yet costs over double the price. I really don’t understand why for instance Kyosho can’t take an advantage of situation and come up with something. Along with AA, Kyosho offeres variety of Lamborghini’s but non of those are in scale 1:43. Burago can’t make their promise and offer well made cars. It’s just becoming more firstrating by the fact that car manufacturer’s release their newer versions of cars more frequently, along with that comes Model Cars what makes us collectors buying new models more often, yet those are at higher prices as only higher end brands offers lovely exotics but in very limited quantities

  12. Harvy says:

I have been long awaiting the Bugatti Vision GT release. Hopefully it is this year! Any confirmation?

  13. VIPERMAN says:

    Always no 2016 DODGE VIPER ACR-E ….
Please Autoart we need it !!

  14. Kevin says:

Can’t wait for the Lexus LS 500h!
