Diecast Youtube Channels?

Post by Emil_SWE » Tue May 24, 2016 9:15 am

Do any of you guys know of a Diecast related Youtube-channel that you can recommend?

I remember seeing a "show" a while back. Where some guy did on camera reviews of the latest cars and also doing interviews with people from the diecast industry.
Can´t find it right now. I just remember that the guy was american and quite "loud" .Also, the show had small commercials promoting DiecastX magazine.

Feel free to share if you know of any good Diecast-Youtubers. And also, if you know what show I´m on about please tell.

So, I found the channel with "the loud american guy" I was referring to in my previous post.

It´s called Car Room TV/Heavy Metal Models and you find it by following the link below. Seems that activity has slowed drastically in the last year though. :scratchhead:

I´ll keep looking for more and then compile a list of diecast-related channels as a new post in this thread.
Feel free to share your finds.

I don't p;ace any value or weight on anything he reviews. Everything is good to him, and his shady past perceives him

Oh, Ok. Most reviews tend to be overly positive as most reviewers get free samples from the manufacturers and don't want them to get upset and stop sending their stuff in for review. Thats one of the reasons forums like this exist, right? So that you can say stuff as it is, unbiased.

About his past. Care to share some more details? Just curious as I've never seen the guy other than on the YT-channel. :)

I've received many samples of the years, each piece is reviewed the same.

Sorry I'm not authority on the JK history, I'm sure someone here will chime in :)

That's one of the reasons this site is the best diecast site on the net! Keep up the good work! :okay:
