seppuku 1/43 Collection...*Updated 4-23-2020*

Post by seppuku » Sat Dec 20, 2014 8:17 pm

Hello!

My name is seppuku....

I have been collecting model cars since early 2010...

Started with 1/18 scale, but made switch to 1/43 late that same year...

I like it more because it offers nice selection of variety....

The main theme is exotic/supercar, with a few odds and ends in between...

It consists mostly of hand built, and some diecast thrown in the mix...:)

I have sold several over the last year that I lost feelings for...

Aiming for more refinement....

I will share multiple pictures for each model...

I shall begin...

1992 Ferrari F40 Barchetta "Beurlys', Yellow, BBR Models

That F40 is very unusual, I like it. I see you like yellow/black theme, it works.

Yes, you either like or do not like...For me, very appealing

Yellow/Black I adore...But also other color combos I favor equally as much...:)

Stunning collection of 1/43s, and all top quality. Very nice, indeed. :okay:

These are some of the most detailed 1:43's I've seen, I guessing they aren't cheap. What is the average cost? TIA!

Yes, KRAFTIG...Prices on some of these are a pretty penny, but worth it...

Average cost depends on brand, rarity, color, make, model...you get the picture.... :)

I have paid anywhere between $50 for a Spark, and up to $350 for a model by Davis & Giovanni

Also, there are models in my collection that have been commissioned...

Those start at $350 and above...Will share more pictures of those in time... ;)

Thanks!

Thank you, Lucky... :)

I assume you weren't too happy when HPI announced their departure from scale models :(
