Post by black9146 » Thu Sep 27, 2018 5:13 pm

Hi, just joined up tonight. First post so be gentle with me. Is there anywhere that I can find out how many numbers that Autoart make of a certain model ? Minichamps, Schuco etc print it on most plinths but Autoart don't. Thanks in advance

When you say numbers, are referring to production numbers?

The AUTOart signature models I have, do have numbers on the certificates that came with it in the box.

All other AUTOart models don't have numbers, and as far as I know, also no real production limitations or so. Get the feeling they stop producing when the model stops selling.

But (my opinion), not at all relevant for me. If you like a model or color, purchasing it shouldn't be depending om limited production runs.

There is no specific resource or database that catalogues this information, you would need to the legwork. I totally agree with Marcel, buy what YOU like. Production runs and limited editions is all marketing tactics to me!
