Matchbox Super Kings

Hello DieCast friends. I bought a Matchbox Super Kings Scammell Heavy Wreck truck on Ebay . Code # K-2. The diecast is 40 years old but in pretty good condition. There is two minor issues. First is one of the wheels does not touch the ground. Does anyone know how to rectify this situation. Perhaps unscrew the chassis underneath. Secondly their is a minor paint blemish. The gold color paint right behind the cabin appears to be smudged with glue. Question Is there a model restoration service. I will be glad to receive feedback.
