Top Marques announces the RUF CTR2.  Based on the Porsche 911 (993) platform, this RUF is a tuned monster, and we’re not just talking about exterior looks! Capable of running from 0-60 mph in under 3.5 seconds and hitting a top speed in excess of 220 miles per hour (354 km/h).  NUTS!  But if GT Spirit can duplicate the same with the Porsche marque for about 50% less, what makes Top Marques that much more special?
