We believe this is the first looks at the new 1:18 Fronti-Art Cizeta V16T. Model is completed in high-quality resin and features closed-body design. Though the model does have working headlights. The Cizeta V16T isn’t the prettiest car in the showroom, it seems to be a cross between the Vector and Lamborghini Diablo. Nonetheless the model fits the classic unique attribute for sure!
Abut the Cizeta V16T… “The Cizeta-Moroder V16T, now known as just the Cizeta V16T, is an Italian sports car (built from 1991 to 1995) created by automotive engineer Claudio Zampolli in a joint venture with music composer Giorgio Moroder and designed by the famed Marcello Gandini. It was the only product of the Cizeta company. It was developed by a group of ex-Lamborghini employees and initially introduced in 1988.”
Product# TBD
The Cizeta V12T actually was the original design by Marcello Gandini for the Lamborghini Diablo but when the guys at Chrysler took over they found it was a bit too extreme for their taste and they soften the design leaving Gandini unimpressed. A bit later the original design of the Diablo ended up in the Cizeta. So indeed this is an unique car that is finally made as a scale model.
Chrysler’s work on that final design did Lamborghini a real favour as Gandini’s work looks disjointed and a ugly in places.
Though the Diablo is not my favourite of the Lambos, it’s prettier than this!
Nice to see its been modelled though, an Iconic car!
This is the most beautiful high performance car I have ever seen. The Cizeta came before the Diablo. Road tests confirmed the unparalleled performance and caused Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maserati significant heartburn because they did not come up to it’s performance.
A terrible model, the roof line is wrong … And the lights do not look right … I hope this is only a prototype of the future model.
