We don’t believe this colour combination was on the official AUTOart McLaren P1 release list. New images of the P1 dressed in Silver and Red were unveiled today. Silver is subtle, yes, the added Red parts add the little pop. The original 1:1 P1 does exist, we’ve seen the images online. No word on release date, though we suspect early Q4 2016.

This is the version I am interested in. However I dont like those tire writings. The original car comes without them, so why put them on the model? Plus the original car has a red P1 logo on the rear mesh.
I hope they will put it on the final version. It’s a pretty distinct feature of the car in my opinion. Makes the whole rear section of the car.
You can sand the letters off no problem
I have just taken delivery of the matt chrome version. It is stunning and the detail is excellent. The Door opening is first class. Another excellent product from AA
