This is funny becaus I keep reading this body mold was broken or so out of shape that no other new models would be produced from it. This proves otherwise!

I guess this is due GMP’s QC was stronger than Greenlight’s. Looking at misaligned door with weird panel gap possibly points to the part of mold problem.

When I took this model out of the styrofoam box for the first time, I was delighted to see that it does not have the “door problem” that shows on some of GMP’s 67 and 68 Camaros. But then my disappointment had no end: the blue color of the removable hood lid is darker than that of the rest of the body (obviously the same paint does not produce the same color on metal and plastic), then the lid of the trunk does not stay open; finally the wheelie bars cannot be attached to the axle (too tight). Obviously GMP are having a quality problem that I find difficult to accept on model cars in this price category (just look at what excellent precision AutoArt has to offer). Let me add one more flaw on a different model: The two lately issued Plymouth Road Runners that I own (the two Fast & Furious versions) are no doubt gorgeous model cars, but on both of them the front wheels do not turn freely because the tie rod is too long and touches the wheels. What a shame!
