GP Replicas a sub-brand of TOP Marques is giving fans a first look at their upcoming panted sample 1:12 Ferrari 250 TR Street version. Not bad, but it seems the front wheels are somewhat raised… Looking forward to the final product.

Any Ferrari 250 TR is difficult to model well, but it can be done. Unfortunately there is a lot that is wrong with this model. Only good from maybe 15 feet away…. Big disappointment, and the engine & compartment look like a big Burago toy.
Interesting previous commentor mentioning Bburago when commenting, as I too think its looks like such – but in the bodywork. They have made the exact same proportional mistake Bburago did with their 1/18th. I’m fairly certain of this as have direct comparison with each model, and yet the MFH 1/12 250TR body doesn’t have the under contour mistakes and is certainly the correct by my eye when compared with photos of an actual 250TR.
