New Brand VV Model?

Newcomer, well at least to us is VV Model.  Their first example here features the 1:18 resin and static version of Lamborghini LP-700 SVJ Louis Vuitton livery.  The presentation looks very similar to other static brands featured in the past.  Someone is buying these outlandish liveries, the question is who?  The production is limited to only 99 pieces worldwide.
