As collectors, we’re constantly chasing that elusive mix of accuracy, presence, and functionality—and LCD Models continues to be a brand that rewards that pursuit. Their 1:18 Lexus LX600 in Nori Green is another example of why the manufacturer has earned such a loyal following. This model doesn’t just mimic the full-size SUV; it captures its spirit with impressive conviction.

The first impression is dominated by the stunning Nori Green finish. This deep, luxurious metallic hue is beautifully applied, offering richness and depth under light and perfectly echoing the premium tone Lexus is known for. The massive front grille, one of the LX600’s defining design statements, is recreated with a fully hollowed-out mesh pattern. LCD’s precision here is exceptional—the layering and texture demonstrate a clear commitment to authenticity, elevating the model beyond a simple visual copy.

Inside, the orange-themed cabin is reproduced with surprising warmth and accuracy. The dashboard architecture, the perforated seat textures, and even the oversized center touchscreen are sharply defined. The interior doesn’t just look the part; it feels like it was lifted directly from the real vehicle and scaled down with care.

Functionality has become a hallmark of LCD Models, but the LX600 still manages to impress. All major openings—doors, hood, and tailgate—operate smoothly, revealing both a well-appointed cabin and a convincingly built twin-turbo V6 engine bay. Smaller touches, such as the functional fuel filler door, folding mirrors, operable sunroof, and sliding interior sunshade, show how far the brand is willing to go to deliver an immersive, interactive experience.

The mechanical realism continues beneath the surface. The model features working four-wheel suspension and a fully functional, lockable center differential—a detail previously seen on the LCD Toyota Land Cruiser LC300. It’s a remarkable inclusion at this scale and one that showcases LCD’s commitment to replicating actual vehicle behaviour. Collectors should exercise care, however: always support the model on a firm, flat surface before engaging the drivetrain, as some plastic components can be delicate.

In the end, the LCD Models Lexus LX600 in Nori Green is far more than a display piece. It’s a comprehensive, thoughtfully engineered replica that combines diecast heft with luxury-grade finishing and an extraordinary list of functional features. For Lexus aficionados and serious 1:18 collectors, this is an essential addition—one that genuinely celebrates the engineering and prestige of Lexus’ flagship SUV.

Wow, epic colour combination and the level of detail at the price point is stellar. Too bad I do not collect SUVs. Thank you for sharing, sir!
My pleasure guys!
Omg, this grill is almost as weird as new BMW :/
Can be weird but has impact
Lovely review. I’m looking forward to mine (should be on the way – also a green version).
I’ll point out the interconnected wheels (locked center differential, as you call it – and that is principially what it is on the model) are also present on the previous generation Lexus LX570 by LCD. Afaik that model got a rerelease recently in Black and White colours. It also boasts two rows of folding seats as it doesn’t have second row captain’s chairs like this LX600.
I didn’t know about the LX570, i don’t have it but it’s awesome though. You will love it when arrives!
The wheels on this model are made very poorly and are far from realistic. They look toy-like, especially when viewed from the side. They appear somewhat bulging.
They do kinda look bad from distance and on poorer resolution photos, but when you look at the detailed photos in this review (and or zoom in), they actualy look awesome with all sorts of curves that are correct. So I hope in reality they will look good too.
