while a decent model for the price, the Sun Star (ex Quartzo) model is a about 1/4 inch too long in wheelbase and in overall length. Placed side by side with the Exoto model this is immediately apparent.
What Quartzo did was use the same chassis for both their Lotus 49 and Lotus 49b. Problem is the 49b had a longer wheelbase, thus making their 49 too long. Other dimensions on the model seem fine, just the length is off.
Not the end of the world this inaccuracy but worth noting.
