The Volkswagen Type 2 (T2B) Bus in 1:18 scale is coming from Green Collectibles Artisan Collection. The feature bus is taken from the successful film of 1989 “Field of Dreams”. A must watch for those who have not seen the film. The second 1971 Volkswagen Type 2 (T2B) Bus – Kansas Beige and Pastel White. Though execution looks good the model is sealed. I reached out to GL for comment if resin or diecast, no answer has been provided to date. Both piece are due late August/September 2015. Suggested retail is $69.99US.
This will be sealed die-cast, not resin. It is part of our Artisan line which is composed of die-cast cars but sealed like resin.

I just bought one of their older releases, with opening doors and rear hatch. although the panel gaps are rather wide, I still prefer it to sealed ones.
