It is always like a christmas, when something, on what Im waiting like 15 years, appears in a decent quality, for a decent price. And now GMP, the 1971 Trans-Am winning Javelin !

The Dan Gurney model highlights the need for truly accurate 1970 TransAm models. This effort is wrong in several areas. The wheel rimes are too large, the tyrea are wrong and the ride height need lowering – particularly at the front. 5/10…..

You are right off course, but better than nothing…all Trans-Am cars, even GMP Camaros 67-69 are wrong, also from 90-ties, some only tribute cars and we all know it, but again, better than nothing. 5/10 is exactly that edge. I never bought 1970 Parnelli Jones Mustang, as these are simply dreatfull. 1969 from Welly was also 4/10, but I went for it. Maybe one day…

I’ve got one of each on pre-order, but did so, more or less, under protest. I have to agree with all the comments about the general lack of accuracy in this era, and this racing series, but have finally conceded to the fact that, to me, all the Trans Am 1/18 scale models fit in the ten feet away category.
