AUTOart dropped a bomb with the earlier news of the 1:18 Aston Martin Vanquish S 2017 in Ming Blue/Clubsport White Pack. Their latest colour in Lightning Silver with Tan interior, another home-run in our opinion. However, a fellow member did mention today the hood upper opening/grilles might not be close to spec. Let’s hope this is taken under review before final production pieces hit the market.

Aa makes ALOT of mistakes on their cars…..
Actually, there are two options for the vents on the hood, it can be a plain mesh, like what Aa made here or it can have the slats, so Aa’s vents are correct.
Like the front grill, on the real car, you can option it w/the traditional grill or the carbon piece.
To fellow modellers, please check the actual facts before complaining.
This may just be a nitpick, but why is it that Autoart has all three Vanquishes spaced $10 apart? After noticing the pricing just seemed gimmicky to me as there aren’t major improvements between any of them. Is making me reconsidernAutoart as it seems the only difference is the paint color which they don’t charge extra for on other models.
