AUTOart is showing off their pre-production street McLaren P1 GTR. This is a 1:18 scale, composite with opening bits, unfortnatley opening bits include doors only. Boo!!! Exterior features Dark Hyper Silver and Red accents panels. AUTOart is moving on to the GTR, I’m still waiting for my Volcano Orange P1 to hit North America shores! Fans of the Delorean DMC-12 will have another colour to choose from, Metallic Black has been added to the assortment. We should see both models this coming fall.

Having the AutoArt Delorean in “stainless” finish is the best. Too bad they couldn’t sustain the process as it was too time consuming to produce, because it is very convincing as it is nicely scaled down, especially after seeing the real thing up close.

It was because of the story (alert?) here on DS that I immediately called my supplier and got the stainless Steel Delorean. It’s a beautiful model!

Who wants the Delorean in any other colour but stainless steel???
