I think, their announcement-strategy is quite frustrating. They announce a model, you get excited…and have to wait for three or four years or even longer until they release it. And even after they have published photos of a first handsample, it still takes two years plus until the model is released. That is kind of annoying.
I wish, they would just announce a model six months before release. That would keep the “models-to-come”-list shorter and one could better keep up the excitement.

I couldn’t agree more. They’re losing us with their announcements, which never materialise for several years. We get bored, we move on and when their models are finally released, they clutter up the pages of eBay.

At this point, even LCD and Motorhelix are releasing their models at a faster rate.

Some of these have been on the announcement list for 5 years or longer. I have stopped holding my breath for them and in some cases lost interest so much that I have moved on, either to buy some other manufacturer´s version or pass compeletely. With LCD and Almost Real now clearly having a higher output and often better models, AA are clearly in a crisis.
