Fans of Ferrari and 1:43 scale have another variant of the Ferrari 488 to choose from. BBR announces the 488 Pista Piloti. This is an enhanced performance and light-weight version of the standard car. Four colours will be issues, they include Rosso Corsa 322, Blue Tour de France, Nero Daytona Metellizzato and Argento Nurburgring.
About the Ferrari 488 Pista Piloti… “Ferrari launched a limited-edition version of its new 488 Pista coupe at Le Mans 2018, taking the form of a ‘Piloti Ferrari’ specification exclusive to racing drivers. Wearing the colours of the No.51 AF Corse Ferrari which won the drivers’ and manufacturers’ titles in the World Endurance Championship in 2017, the heavily-customized machine made its debut at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, where Ferrari competed in GT classes.”

I’d like to see it in 1:18 diecast full access.
I’d like to see another model maker (ie, AutoArt, LCD, Almost Real, Kyosho) to get the license to make affordable opening doors and trunks and hoods models of the latest Ferrari releases. This is absolutely ridiculous having only BBR produce them in these high price points.
I couldn’t agree with you more about that. This sealed/resin BS has gone too far. Especially when the wheels don’t even roll
This has been announced in 1:18 also. BBR has not “confirmed” anything, as there were never “rumors” to confirm. Ferrari announced the series and then BBR followed suit.
