Cool looking car, but such F50 has never left the factory. Several have been repainted years later, but originally they only came in red, yellow and black.

four cars left the factory painted in Argento Nurburgring silver

Wrong. None left the factory in that color. Some got down the street to get repainted by a company called Scuderia Modena (if memory serves me correctly), who do some of the special colors for Ferrari to this day. One of those F50s was a stunning US bound example in Azuro California and another in Griggio Alloy (both currently repainted to their original red). But NONE left the Ferrari factory in any other color than the original 3 colors offered. No F50 was sold either. They were all leased to prevent the speculation fiasco the F40 started. Which is why some were repainted and then restored to their original color. Vast majority were bought by their original owners at the end of their lease tho.

P.S. Also, no F50 was ever made originally by Ferrari with all leather red seats. And none were made with right hand drive. Some were however delivered brand new (to the sultan of Brunei for example) with right hand drive and alternate colors. All of them were modified by Pininfarina after they left the factory. let’s not confuse the two.
