Just in case anyone reads this: DNA appears to be (un)officially bankrupt. Only the manufacturer in China may still produce some models and sell them off Aliexpress, but I’m not sure what the quality is.

Yes, this might be the case. We tried to contact them without success. This is unfortunate and sad. Our experience with them has been stellar, and their models are great and the unique specimens are a big plus! They will be missed!

Yes, indeed! I have the Volvo 780 and the latest Saab 9-5 Aero sedan. They’re both beautiful.
Had a 900 Turbo hatchback and a 900 sedan on pre-order since May, for which at least one reseller was very kind to reimburse the costs.

That is good to hear that they took care of you. We have a few friends that bought directly from DNA for a few 2023 releases. Not sure what is going to happen there.

I was lucky there. Wonder whether resellers usually pay up front. Sorry about the orders for your friends. Usually the customer is last in line in these matters.

Just thought about this thread, having received a Saab 900 Turbo in green. However, not actually from DNA, since they are really very bankrupt and ran away with whatever money they had. But from the Chinese manufacturer for DNA, Mr. Fendy Hu, who continues to produce the models to make up for the income loss from his customer.
It looks beautiful (in its DNA box). The models are sold on Aliexpress.
The shop name is “Hotblood Military Model Store” (not my idea). Found out on Facebook through a Volvo collectors group.
