I wish Dorlop would do a 1:18 version of this car also.
Century Dragon did the silver concept car in 1/18 but it’s very rare. Almost Real Models is going to release the ‘production version’ of which about 6 were ever made in orange, red, white and black. Date of release was said to be December 2018 so they’re a year behind schedule now. It also says on most pre-order webshops that it’s already sold out, but maybe you can still find one somewhere.
Thanks for the information.
Its hard to know what is going on with the 1/18 scale production version of the C-X75. With around 95+% of all resin/diecast models being manufactured in China these days, there seems to be a new model company springing up every few months. I just recently came across “VAV Models” who have a limited number of the production car in 1/18 scale in blue, orange, white, matt grey and matt black. With Almost Real and Top Speed Models also having future plans to do this model, it makes me wonder whether they have passed this project onto a new affiliated company? Who most likely operate out of the same factory. The VAV model does look very good and is certainly not cheap. They’re also selling quite quickly. So I’d be surprised if Almost Real or TSM were to produce this model now when in all probability it would end up being an exact replica of another companies version. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.
I’d love to know who “VAV models” are. Any ideas?
No idea, but some team member did pickup-up the Concept C-X75. More to come!
