Definitely nice to see this model fully opening, but I hope the carbon has a gloss finish to it, otherwise it looks like the poor mans carbon finish you find on Looksmart models. Lets see what these retail for.

  2. Ben says:

fully agree with robs, the carbon should have a glossy look, just like the real car.

  3. PERTHXOTIX says:

Beast! Make the carbon glossy and more colours!

Looks really good!!!! Can’t wait. But I hope that they will make the panel gaps thinner. The panel gap on the hood is too big. I wouldn’t even mind if they would make the hood closed with ultrathin panel gap. Just like the Sesto Elemento and Veneno.

Now i can finally sell my resin Lamborghini Centenario and get this one insted.

    • Karsten says:

Yep, which is why I have come to the conclusion that i will not buy the Top Speed DB11. AA are sure to make it – sooner or … later.

      • TezcanS. says:

Karsten, for DB11 top speed definitely does not diasppoint especially for the price they ask for. I bought the cinnabar orange one. It is stunning regarding paint and closed body proportions.

    • DS Team says:

Sell it fast, after this announcement no one will want a sealed resin piece ;)

  6. Karsten says:

Adding centenario to wishlist … for 2018 most likely … or is there any release date?

  7. Alex says:

I’m generally not a fan of Lamborghini’s one off or limited production examples but the Centenario is definitely one of the better ones! One of these just may find itself into my collection! And I’m not particularly fussed if its composite or diecast.. =)

  8. Robert says:

The pictures of the real Centenario with the clearcoated carbon fiber is definitely glossy.

  9. Mark says:

looking at the past full carbon models from AA, they sure have struggled to achieve that glossy finish. I hope it’s not the case for this one…

  10. Karsten says:

I assume, this already almost IS the final version. Usually there are no major changes from this stage on. The front headlights´ lenses look a bit milky and the rear lights don´t look finished. The centre console and dashboard display decals may receive more detail. Of course, more gloss on the carbon would be desirable, but it seems unlikely that there will be much change over this hand sample.

Guys, I heard that autoart is gonna make another white pagani huayra, and based on the info on their web, with chrome wheels. I’m not really sure, because the older white one already has chrome wheels, so… the only thing that seem to have improved is the aerodynamic flaps. Can anyone tell me if it’s true?
