Always disappointing when a model in such a large scale doesn’t have opening parts, especially when Exoto, Minichamps, and Quartzo all managed it in 1/18. I’d be all over this if it had a removable engine cover.
Minichamps did it with the 97t, but really the economics of doing fully opening 1/12 don’t work anymore. Chinese labour costs are far higher now than they were then and stuff like the 1/12 autoart clk gtr and corvette weren’t cheap even then.
Man, I have 2 FW14B’s from Exoto (light blue and ocean blue). They are exceptional. Just behind XS series. I dont get it, paying high price for a sealed exemplar.
