GP Replicas under new management is committed to better models and establishing better customer service. The team has unveiled the early pre-production sample of the 1:18, a model that was released we believe back in 2019 in static form. What are your thoughts?

New management and better customer service? I wonder if that means they’ll return all of the money they stole from customers in their pre-order scheme.
If their people are reading this respond so you can return the $250+ that you stole from me after not delivering a Alfa Romeo Carabo that I pre-ordered then refusing to respond to me regarding a refund OR send me the model. Maybe then I can report back that you really have changed but until then, I’ll just assume you’re the same shiesty company.
Committed to better models? The only way that’s possible, IMO, is for them to make their cars as DIECAST models and not resin. I HATE resin.
I think it’s a good idea to bring the models back onto the market with complete interior details.
I hope that the many metal parts will also be glued in such a way that no problems arise after a few years.
The fact that you can no longer pre-order directly from GP R was already a step towards greater customer satisfaction.
I think the new models will probably be priced significantly higher than the old ones, which would be unfortunate. A little more restraint in the price would be good. Otherwise, GP R should just carry on as before. If you want diecast and rolling wheels, you can buy Solido, MCG or Bburago.
This model is made in cooperation with Fabio Tomassini, an F1 fan.
If anybody from GP Replicas is reading. Some comments:
The proportions for many of your F1 models are really very, very poor.
Ferrari 126 c2. Body shape isn’t so bad but front wheels are too small. The Andretti and Tambay cars are completely wrong as they should have revised , late season body work. You simply just reused the early season version. Rear tyres are far to big and seems to be taken from 1970’s F1 cars
Ferrari 156/85 is probably the worst proportioned model I’ve seen. Literally everything is wrong.
Ferrari F1-87 and Ferrari F1-87/88C. Completely misplaced and poorly designed decals. Massive rear wing , totally wrong in terms of proportions.
The positive side. The more recent releases of the early season Ferrari 640 looks good.
The BBS wheels for the Ferrari 412tb are very poor.
The list goes on and on.
Goodyear markings on tyres are often too big or small and for the Ligier in italics! Have no idea why.
You need much better quality control. Nice details but often your models have significant design errors.
Why not 1:12?
