GreenLight Bespoke Collection Painted Samples

You’ve seen the articles on the new GreenLight Collectibles BeSpoke Collection over the last several months.  Today the team brings forward their first painted pre-production samples.  We have the 1:12 Gone in Sixty Seconds – 1967 Ford Mustang Eleanor and he A-Team – 1983 GMC Vandura.  If you aren’t in the know, these puppies are high-quality (well high-quaily as defined by GreenLight) resin replicas with sealed-body design.  Both pieces still require the licensor’s final approval.  At this rate, we should these to market in late Q4 2019 or early 2020.  Pricing, a little high if you ask us, $499 CND or $399 US.  Your thoughts?

I own the 1:18 version of this car cant believe that this still miss the gt500e logo on the side, at least the get rid of the square metal in the front lights.

I’d rather collect dinner plates than non opening 1/12 models… At least, the plates could be used to do something. If you’re doing 1/12 and up, At the very least open them up, make the front wheels poseable and make all wheels roll. You’ll never get MY money if you don’t, even if you make the exact replica of the car I have in my driveway.

We’ve been reading some of the FB community comments on both. Crying out loud, some of misses are truly remarkable! We understand these are pre-production BUT if your goal is sealed, and you say these are “Fine resin automobiles”, at least get the exterior detail dialed in to at least 99%!
