GreenLight Bigfoot 1974 Ford F-250 Monster Truck

There has been some fanfare behind the new Kings of Crunch series from GreenLight Collectibles.  The team has officially unveiled pre-production sample images of the 1:18  Bigfoot 1974 Ford F-250 Monster Truck – we believe the first of many to be released in 1:18 scale.  This iconic monster truck pioneered the way and truck culture we still enjoy today.  The model does provide access to the interior and motor.  Some undercarriage detail is present too.  We understand GreenLight is a budget concise brand, but we can help mention the overwhelmed feeling of plastic.   What are your thoughts?

The dampers look like they were taken straight out of a Tamiya plastic kit.

The engine looks dreadful like those oversized ‘tooned’ cars for kids. Still, I can see where the appeal is and am sure it will sell to the target audience.

This is pre-production after all so may be things will improve. Imagine a much detailed version of it, I would bite the bullet and get one even without any interest in monster trucking.

it is greenlight, as you see it in the photos, it is like it will be for sale

What a lovely idea! With a bit more passion it could be amazing, but those ignition leads are awful and the exhaust manifolds look cheap.
A toy more than a replica, but thanks for trying.
