GreenLight Collectibles is touching the Japanese tuner side with two entries featuring the 1:18 Nissan Skyline GT-R 1999.  Liveries include Gulf Oil and Shell Oil.  Both come from the Artisan Collection and feature access to the interior side.  The release19137 date is noted as March  2024.  Each will set you back around $79 US.
