I just returned home from a trip to the US, and what’s the first news bit I see? A Ferrari variant from the German tuning team of KOENIG. Now, this is a new direction of “tuned” Ferraris from the GT Spirit team. There is no due date to announce, but we suspect late Q4 or early Q1 2016. What do you think? GT Spirit wants to know, we want to know too!
Please leave the Ferraris to BBR/MR and the many others that build them. There are already too many of those and you can’t do it better (sealed) anyway. There are so many interesting brands of cars that need attention. Thumbs up for the quality GT Spirit is producing, but not the Ferraris please.
But what about price point? Would you rather spend 90 Euro versus 300 Euro plus??

I’m delighted to see this model. It’s exciting to see GTSpirit trying something interesting and different. Here’s hoping they take a break from Porsches and focus on mid-engined exotics for a while.
If there is a market out there for these, why not make them? Personally, the thought of adulterating any Ferrari is not something I am favorable towards, but that doesn’t make it wrong. . .
Well when talking about tuned supercars they should also make the Gemballa Mirage GT based on the Porsche Carrera GT :-)
Please do it in red and in black 1/18 and 1/12. In the large scale it will be perfect!
