Henson & Heaven Production Ferrari 458 Speciale!

The 1:18 resin and sealed Henson & Heaven Ferrari 458 Speciale just arrived.  There are several colours to satisfy, some very unique.  However, something about the end result seems off.  We just can’t place our finger on it.  What do you think>

If this off what you think about the MR version that this model base on ? the only different i can see it branded tires , even the base is the same

As the models shown are all open versions, they should be designated as “458 Speciale A”, where the letter “A” stands for “Aperta” – Italian for “open”.

Ferrari sports cars without a fixed roof were originally always known as “spider” or “spyder” versions, but at some point, Ferrari began using the “Aperta” designation – anyone know why and when this happened?

In my model collection, I have the Bburago version of the 458 Speciale which has the same 5-spoke black wheels as the Hanson & Heaven models pictured. It probably cost a tenth the price, but looks pretty good to me.
