Highway 61 – CSI Miami 2003 Hummer H2

A new variant will be issued based on the classic Highway 61 Hummer H2 (2003) mould.  The theme is tied to the television series CSI Miami.  This beast is made of diecast and features full access to exterior and interior detail.  No word on street date, but our team suspects Q1-Q2 2018.

Oh my god that looks awful, I have multiple real Highway 61 Hummer H2’s and this looks like a Tonka toy.

  2. Alex says:

Agreed, it doesn’t really look any good but that just seems to be the case with most Highway 61 models.. I’d rather pickup a Maisto Hummer H1 instead which are cheap as chips!

    • Robert says:

Wrong. Highway 61 was a great model maker until they went away. They always have been WAY better than any Maisto. Greenlight is trying to bring the name back but are missing out on important and easy to fix details it seems…

  3. Robert says:

The grille should be picked out with flat black paint, especially around the headlights and the skid plates should be flat black also. That would make it look more realistic. Devil’s in the details, don’t miss them Greenlight!

  4. Aaron says:

I only wish that they’d do Eric Delko’s Pontiac G8 in 1/18. I’d be in Heaven to see 1/18 Pontiac G8 w/opening parts of course

    • Quennel says:

I would love a G8 model too, since I own a 1:1! But if you have a thing for those cars, the 1:18 Apex HSV427 is probably as close as it’s gonna get in a diecast. It was an HSV verson of the Holden VE Commodore. Apex released one in Sting red earlier (very limited numbers), but there’s a silver one supposed to be coming Q1 2018. It is a nice model, although quite expensive. Still cheaper than some of the recent offerings from AA, however. Biante also offers some Holden models, along with racing versions (so does Classic Carlectables)
