HUGE NEWS, LCD Confirms Porsche Licence… | UPDATE

** UPDATE ** Images are surfacing, the first shows the Porsche Carrera GT and 918.  Both of these models made by various brands.  Both are more than satisfying…  More to come!

Following the 2026 HEC Toy Fair, LCD Models has officially confirmed that they have secured the Porsche licence — excellent news for collectors. At long last, another manufacturer will take up the mantle of producing high‑end Porsche replicas, a space AUTOart has struggled to fill despite having strong 930 and 964 moulds.

Even bigger news — literally — is LCD’s expansion into larger scales. The brand is preparing to enter the 1:8 segment, and possibly even larger formats. Their first major announcement: a 1:8 Pagani Zonda Revolución. Details on whether the model will be sealed or fully open are still forthcoming.

    What about BMW ? M3 (E46), M3 (E92) and M4 (F82) still wait for high quality full-opening representation.
Not only 1:18 but 1:12 and 1:8 scale would be nice

I’m quoting someone from a social media: LCD is digging AutoArt’s grave with a metal shovel.
