    Hm, seems like it is raining Bugattis these days. Now, I am not an auhority on vintage cars, but I would suspect that “original” means the car as it was built in 1937, whereas “current” would be the state in which it is now. CMC´s blue Bugatti is the original version in which its first owner had it, while the black one is the same vehicle after it had been rediscovered and Ralph Lauren had it restored in its current black shape for his collection.

    Karsten is correct, and I will add that in the case of this specific Bugatti, it is currently restored to the same colors and configuration as when it was originally built, hence “Original & Current version.”

    Wonderful model, and another true limited edition.
