Introducing Dream Walkers D550 Concept Van

The brand is new and so is the model, we believe a first time in scale too.  The new player in scale modelling is called Dream Walkers.  The group is actually founded by an ex-employee of Fronti-Art.  There first foray for them into scale is the unusual and unique 1:18 D550 Concept Van.

What is D550 Concept?  Well from what we gather, and please correct us if we’re wrong.  The base truck starts as typical dealer issue Toyota.  A fad that has been around for a number of years now is to sculpture these into one-off wonders.  The amounts of money individuals put into this things is borderline insane.  They truly are wonders of the imagination.  Somewhat far fetched for us here in North America.

Four variants will be initially offered by Dream Walkers, each limited to 50 units a piece.  The provided images show the model in early pre-production form.  Retail is suggested @ $399US a piece.  Website and delivery are still in development. Stay with us for more info.

That is the biggest waste of $400 in the history of this hobby! A $400 van model is just what we needed.

Do they have license???? As I know Fronti-Art never have any license for their project..?????

    I’d buy one

  4. A local pub uses one of these ‘vans’ to shuttle drinkers instead of them driving. It’s the most childish, ridiculous looking thing that it’s my misfortune to see. And around here that’s quite a statement – trust me. What we’re talking about here is the motoring equivalent to a tarted up slag…….

  5. George K says:

    So, they are like mini-Winnebagos?

  6. Wes says:
