This is the production example of the 1:18 resin and sealed Novitec Ferrari SF90 by Ivy Model under the Merit label.  This model was initially unveiled earlier this year and will go on sale later this month.  Colours found here include Giallo Modena Yellow, Light Tiffany Blue, Chrome Blue, Gold, Hong Kong Purple and Black.  Production is limited to 99 pieces or less.  Price, around $345 CND.
