Kyosho 2025 Catalogue

In addition to the new Lambos, Kyosho has unveiled its 2025 Catalogue.  We don’t see much of anything new on the horizon as the publication reveals little to nothing new.  Hopefully, there are some surprises at the upcoming Toy Fair!

The Testarossa has gone ! Obviously they are no longer planning to bring it back!

  2. Aaron says:

For shame that the Ferrari 488 Pista and Lemans winning 499P is not on the list of 1/18 Diecast. Same with the 1993 Toyota Celica WRC. That would be sweet

I was waiting very long for the Testarossa. Very disappointing that they are not planning to bring her back

The catalogue feels somehow rushed?! I mean I don’t see anything new in the 1/18 diecast section, to be honest. Most of the models have been shown a year/two ago.. which is odd. I am extremely disappointed, that the Testarossa is gone, I was hoping for painted model shots.. they even gave the part numbers for the red and white version last year.. really disappointed. On the other hand the 1:18 Miura is supposed to be released this February and no info about that in the catalogue whatsoever, so maaaaaaybe there is a chance we get the Testa.. fingers crossed :)

Rushed? That seems to be their pattern, search for previous catalogues from them.

Rushed as in – „oh, we have nothing new to show, well let’s just throw in a collection of models we previewed in the past few years”.. maybe that’s what they do, I don’t know, I just wish they would (re-)release more models. I mostly collect luxury cars from the 60s/70s/80s, so an updated lineup of their Ferrari 308, 328, 512 and Lamborghinis would really enrichen my collection. With AutoArt switching to composite I am pretty much covered with everything they did in metal on the Mercedes, Jaguar, Porsche.. front. And since no other quality brand covers those years Kyosho is pretty much my only hope :P

CMC would be too but they somehow prefer „one off/limited production” cars lately, instead of dropping a bread and butter 300SL, 246 Dino or a BMW 507 :)
