Fresh off the press, LCD Models has unveiled an alternative exterior colour for their example of the Lamborghini Revuelto. This colour is defined as Matt Grey and features Red/Orange brake calipers, this accent follows into the interior. Pricing is also up around $20 US based on the initial colours that were released. I’m still sold on the available colours; I won’t be pulling the trigger yet!

4 out of 5 of my last LCDs were damaged or broken. I repaired some, but the broken steering rod at Imola made me angry. I will return the model. No LCDs in the near future.
Our QC rate with them has been very poor over the last year or so too. Something they truly need to focus on.
I really don’t understand LCD’s strategy. A year ago, they announced three colors, but only one has actually been released. Plenty of people placed pre-orders and are still waiting. Now, out of nowhere, they announce a fourth color for almost immediate delivery. It’s like a slap in the face to everyone who has been waiting for a year. They did the exact same thing with the blue Huayra R, announced two years ago and still nothing, yet they managed to announce and release the green one first.
That’s why I never preorder. I just wait till the models are actually in stock and only then pull the trigger.
Based on my experience, models on preorder tend to not only claim to be available months, often half a year in advance, but they usualy also get delayed by many months and sometimes even over a year. At that point one may no longer even be alive to take delivery…
