Minichamps will action the 1:18 Porsche 911 (992) Sport Classic! Many colours along with various decal work are in the mix. These are diecast BUT there is no option to access the internal bits. Bad form Minichamps! The first production model is set to arrive in mid-2024. Suggested retail just north of 200 Euro.

This is incorrect information. Product codes 110069200, 110069201, 110069202, and 110069204 are fully opening diecast. All the other ones are sealed diecast. The opening ones retail for roughly €100 more.
Sealed diecast retail €130, opening diecast €220.

The internals of the front lights look like they are 1:43 rather than 1:18.
The exhaust pipes (at the bottom) are a joke even for 1:43 scale, not talking about 1:18…
When you open the engine cover, from the top you see just solid plastic, whereas a cheaper 1:18 model by Schuco (Porsche GTS) has perforated vents through which you can see the fans.
Just compare this 1:18 model to e.g. 1:18 Toyota Supra by LCD…
