News of a new brand Carvellous with their new 1:18 Ferrari Enzo! This is not a metal exterior, this one will be of composite with full access! Two initial colours, each limited to a mere 10 pieces. The price is north of $1200 CND.

Regardless of the extremely limited production, initial impressions do not look at all worthy of the price in my opinion.
1 – The price is ridiculous
2 – Building a brand new mold / tooling for only 10 models in each color is not logical
3 – The diecast version by BBR is 3 times cheaper
4 – Do we really need another Enzo model… ?
BBR produced how much full opening Enzo models? around 5000 to 6000pieces in total for all configurations? That’s not all that much IMO.
The real problem here is that this brand don’t focus on new collectors missing an Enzo and put a ridiculous pricetag because why not. And it’s a shame
For that price, it had better be a fully functioning, scaled-down Enzo. :)
Yeah I agree I think there is a market for more enzos as BBRs are going for strong money. I want one but prices are high and now starting to show signs of zinc pest on a lot of the ones for sale. It’s stupid they should produce high volume and then charge less end result is the same! Can’t see many people paying out that money for a new brand!!
