North American Exclusive: GT Spirit 2017 Dodge Challenger Hellcat

ACME along with GT Spirit will introduce the first 1:18 scale replica of the 2017 Dodge Challenger Hellcat.  Exterior colour is found is Blue with Black hood, tail and lower elements.  Wheels are darken too with Red calipers, it seems like the perfect mix, right?

In fact we believe ACME missed the mark.  They have the ACME and GMP brands at their finger tips, much history here and engineering prowess too.  Adding something new and cool to their assortment in metal with opening parts would be awesome.  We all know the Hellcat produces 707 horsepower from the factory.  That is something we collectors want to see, along with detailed interiors, and suspension bits.  A true shame, this scale piece could have been a huge hit!  On the flip side something in scale is better than nothing I guess…  Hopefully this resin Hellcat is just a placeholder for something better to come!

I hope GT Spirit makes the 2017 Chevy Camaro ZL1 1LE too!

Now we’re talking!! This thing is hot. Agreed that it would be better in opening diecast but this one is great.

You guys hit the nail right on the proverbial head! They missed the mark by a wide margin here! The Hellcat is an iconic car if only by its shear power, not even relying on its looks. So either they use the old Highway 61 base to make this car in metal or even Greenlight could do it for that matter, whoever got the tooling! This is the golden age of sports-muscle-pony cars, how come we don’t get the top of the line cars in this scale? Auto World has a quite decent Camaro SS, where is the ZL1? They also have the latest Mustang, where is the GT350? Highway 61 had the Challenger SRT8, and the R/T, the prototypes, even 2 phantom versions of a Cuda! I think something could be done for a Hellcat!

Its a (gt -spirit model) acme and Otto or who ever Did Not want to make it themselves. So they asked gt-spirit with a little money to put their name on the box. I’m Surprised no one here is able to figure that out. Gt-Spirit makes sealed resin models with very little detail underneath which is what it is.

I was told its and acme built this model. Just slightly better than the green probably.
