The Aston Martin Vulcan is successfully pushing the Aston Martin name outside the box of typical control sport car design.  Ever since we saw the car taken to the limits in The Grand Tour, we developed more respect for the taming of the beast.  And if you have the money to afford the real thing, a special training session is included with the purchase price!   For those who crave the same but cannot meet the delivery price, the team at AUTOart offers one in 1:18 scale with a handful of colours to choose from.  This one is painted in Apple Tree Green Metallic.

As for the model it comes from AUTOart’s Composite and Diecast series.  Full access is available in scale for the first time, prior specimens included only resin and sealed editions.  Paint is beautiful on our example, this one or Madagascar Orange are the two colours that agreed with us most.  The front sweeping hood is brilliant.  We think the panel gaps are slightly better here than the DB11 we looked at back in October.  Engine detail is very good and equipped with a lot of carbon fibre bits.  The interior delivers on the same level as the motor.  The Vulcan overall is a solid effort.  Price aside, the uniqueness factor will make a great addition to your supercar collection.  Enjoy the pics!
