PHOTO GALLERY: OttOmobile Nissan Skyline GT-R (R33) Mine’s

OttOmobile’s portfolio has touched a total of 28 different marques over the years, one of them is Nissan. Under the Nissan umbrella, the team has touched mostly street, some race and a few tuners cars.  One that rolled the assembly line earlier this year is the Nissan Skyline GT-R (R33) Mine’s Edition.  One component that attracted us most was the aftermarket BBS wheels, something usually reserved for the European crowd.   This car is more than just wheels.  We don’t know much about the Japanese tuner Mine’s but they are famous with the Japanese tuning culture.

As for the model, it is static or should we say sealed and made in resin.  Paintwork is typical OttOmobile style, not much to complain about.  From a decal perspective, and there are many here, the outline is visible and is somewhat distracting.  Decent work on the carbon fibre elements throughout.  Some would say better than AUTOart LOL.  The BBS wheels good, the team executed the Le Mans editions well.  Inside the interior is quite plain and somewhat lacking with the Light-Grey finish.  Supporting elements such as dash and centre console are average at best.  No interior flocking is found or seat-belts front or rear. A respectable effort for less than 60 Euros.  Enjoy the pics!

Thank for the photos! I really wish Otto corrected the rear quarter panel of their R33 GTRs, they’re missing the fender flares above the wheel arches. This is more in line with the GTS variant.

There are no rear fender flares on the Mines R33. The 400r was the only one that had them.
