Tecnomodel is bringing the funk back with their latest venture, the 1:18 Alfa Romeo 2000 Sportiva designed by Bertone. This rare classic, which we believe only four were made will be available in scale in four colours. They include Red, Light Blue, Gold/Brown and Light Green. The release date is scheduled for December 2018.

This is a great choice, and I hope they don’t screw it up too badly. These promotional photos are almost useless since as always with Tecnomodel, they are heavily retouched, showing better and more detail than the actual models.
BUT…..if it ends up being one of their better more accurate models (No guarantee) then I’ll certainly buy one.

Only 2 cars were build by Bertone. The silvergrey coupé is in FCA Museo Storico in Arese. The red coupé is part of the Axel Marx collection in Switserland.
Only the silvergrey should have Museo plates. The light green and gold-white models look like fantasy colours to me. ciao Fer
