TOP Marques is again expanding their rally series.  This time around the scale is 1:12 and features the Subaru MC 2002 Winner.  The first grey-wear images show a promising model.  As always, execution is labelled as a resin with a sealed-body design.  No word on releases dates, but our team suspects a late Q1 2019 offering.
