In TopSpeed catalogue it is not mentioned the IMSA Montetey winner, just the 24h of LeMans 2016 winner; the last one will be released?

Resin, loaded with decals. No thanks. My collecting days are done.

I feel your pain. My collecting habits have gone tremendously this year.

You are fully right. I have around 1000 pcs of mostly high-end diecasts and the world has definitely changed in this. What is worse, is the knowledge, that it is the corporate world, not real costs. As Otto models are clearly showing us, that if resin, could be done for 60-70 Euro, other companies like Dorlop is showing us that big diecast with full openings could still be done for 120 Euro brand new etc. But to the point, Im finishing like with 10 pcs must haves and this is definitely one of them. Cars are also not as they were ´before´, but this GT is really out of the box. Something passionate, new, exciting. A true automotive sculpture and a design masterpiece, like real american cars from 50-60 ties. So this sculpture and to me piece of art MUST BE, although in resin, definitely !

I just don’t see the value in a sealed (or even opening) resin model. The great diecasts, Exotos, CMCs, Autoarts are built like Swiss watches. You can see something nee eavh time you look at one. These plastic cars are just like what I would build as a young boy. Plastic and decals. They will never hold their value, or as in the case of the truly well done diecasts, appreciate in value.
No, the hobby is coming to an end.

Yes I must agree my spending has gone way down. I attempted to purchase a AutoArt Mclaren P1 twice only for it to arrive damaged in shipping. Pretty bad when a GT Spirit weighs much heavier than the overpriced AA plastic car. I rather find the rare diecast cars with exceptional details to round out my collection.
    Cheers! Enjoy your day!
