Many of us will never reach the dream of owning the original car, but AUTOart makes it more affordable, though one must settle for 1:18 scale. The team officially released photos of the pre-production sample of their upcoming Koenigsegg Jesko in Crystal White, a car named after Christian von Koenigsegg’s (Koenigsegg founder) father. The results thus far look extremely promising, especially on the motor front. No official word was provided for the production releases date, however, we suspect Q2 2022.

It’s nice to see they finally decided to simulate some softer materials on the interior of one of their $300 Koenigsegg models…. how generous of you autoart for possibly trying to make it what it should he and your prices suggest.
With so much competition for this very car in sealed resin, the collector must find the price gap, the model’s functions and what is to be seen behind opening parts worthwhile. The Agera RS’s position in the polls suggests that collectors have found other models (including by AA) more attractive.
Guessing here, but this variant from AA seems to also include a much, much better detailed engine bay area As DS noted. The previous iteration I passed on not liking the ,IMO, too basic looking engine bay area,
Will wait for other colors and prob. add this one to my collection.
There are definitely visible improvements over efforts from the last several years. Full review to come!
Exterior looks promising. Not sure about the interior and engine bay still considering the price this will hit the market at. Should be more metal and photo etched parts/textures.
We agree!
Possibly the most attractive design from Koenigsegg so far. My black ccx from AA will suffice though. I’m not into current AA’s pricing policy and I don’t believe these will sell cheap or be on sale anytime in the foreseeable future.
Another lost opportunity by Autoart. They should’ve done the Agera “R” as well
Oh another koenigsegg again. Can’t they make old lancer evolutions in composite form ? Or make their old e46 m3, 190 evo or w124 e class again in composite form? I am getting tired with these aventadors, huracans, chirons and koenigseggs keep being made repeatedly. I want to see them make normal cars and old sports cars/sedans/wagons. Hell I haven’t even seen them produce a normal zonda smh
That’s a strange comment. You’re tired of them making models they *haven’t* made before and would like them to make models they have made before instead?
How much will it begin to cost the model at? I am interested in knowing. Please reply if possible, and when will it release?
Not sure at this point. We guesstimate, about $400 CND
The only problem with Autoart cars is the height of the front suspension of their models. they are always tall, it is artificial, different from the original models. it is just a comparison with “frontiart” or “Gtspirit”, which are at the correct height.
The front height doesn’t look any different to the GT Spirit to me. The model itself looks a hundred times better than the images GTS have shown.
Why is the window only half? Why is there no air hole in the tire?
When will this be released???
Not sure at this pointed. Most likely 2023.
Once again, shame on Autoart for not making the Agera “R”. A lost opportunity. God only knows why not! I hope they will someday.
2023 already..but still no sign..GT Spirit even launch the jesko absolute already..whats the lag autoart???? So slow!!
Good things come to those who wait ;)
Word on the street is that they are finally releasing this model August 2023…
dear god please be true, I’ve had a pre-order for 2 years now.
Great news!
I contact AUTOart regarding this model, but they said the model is not on the list for the production near future. Not sure whether the plan has been shelved or pushed back indefinitely.
It does not make sense for them to get this far and not release the Jesko. Maybe delayed, but it will eventually come. Again, patience is the key to this hobby far more than not.
It’s been like 4 years… why the heck are they taking so long????
