Do not like the chrome surrounding the grille, but that’s a design issue with Bentley.

These black wheels and dark red interior make me wanna this model :)

“Release”? What do you mean by “release”? You can buy it ??? Where?

This one is not on Minichamps´ website. Instead I find ALL the Bentaygas and Continental GT V8S and a lot of the other Mulsannes listed as “sold out”, although most of these never existed even as a hand sample. Not a shred of evidence for a Bentayga!

And our friend at Almost Real never cared to reply to my emails, although I followed up on my first one. Instead, dealers around the world are confused about whether there will or won´t be the Jaguar XFL that once was announced. Toronto Motorsports is adamant that they´ll get it, take pre-orders and charge you non-refundably upfront, while Minichamps cancelled my pre-order saying, it won´t be made.

If this one really exists, I mean available for customers anywhere on the planet, Almost Real, please send me one and I´ll review it here and , more importantly, show it to Bentley´s Head of Lifestyle Communications when I meet her for coffee. I´m sure Bentley would be happy to be selling these as their dealership edition in their Bentley collection for Bentley´s this year centenary and task you with doing the new Flying Spur. Perhaps Almost Real won´t be that elusive any longer when distributed by Bentley themselves if AR production isn´t to blame. Now, doesn´t this sound tempting?

    • DS Team says:

We understand your frustration, BUT please do not make every comment on AR models a personal attack on their challenges with their distribution channels and relationships with distributors. Thank you.

      • Karsten says:

No problem, perhaps it has helped to make the progress that has been made in the mean time. Got word from our friend at AR and have offered my advise and my active support in solving the problem.

      • Roger Lodge says:

I’m sure Karsten’s “review” is already ready for this particular model and every other future release from Almost Real that he won’t actually handle since as he has mentioned one, two, or 500 times, they don’t distribute to his country!

        • Karsten says:

Roger, that’s impertinent. But tell you what: “they” would love to distribute to my country, as AR’s vice-president tells me in an email, but their distributor doesn’t play ball. So, I have found me one of the above … from South Korea. Watch my website for the photographic evidence of it being physically in my collection! I will NOT write a review, though, unless you apologize for your impertinence and say “please”.

Almost Real; please make the Aston Martin Vanquish S 2018 in metal body and fully accessible parts scale 1:18

    • Karsten says:

Claudio, I am afraid I have to disappoint you. AR will 99.9% not make this model. Their range of announced models is too diverse as it is and they will have to narrow it down to focus more.

Black rims on a Bentley yes degrading. On any luxury car.
