Almost Real officially launches the 1:18 metal and opening Pagani Zonda Tricolore. This model will undoubtedly attract attention due to its subject matter and transformational effort. Though some of the chatter is about their quality control. From what we’ve seen, they are better than average. Your thoughts? Retail around the $475 CND mark.

From my experience (own all of the AR Paganis), getting early production models seems to be a tad hit or miss in terms of QC, but later examples seem to be spot on. Who knows. That said as a UK buyer, sourcing early examples is way cheaper than buying from UK stores when they finally do arrive, so there is that to consider. All in all I am in love with their models, and will be adding one!.
I agree, I have a handful of almost real models and two of them are pagani. This will make three. I love them. The only one I’ve ever had issues with was one of their first Zonda F releases from the BBRStore, and was bad enough that I sent it back. I usually get the paganis from Asia due to earlier availability and its about $100 cheaper or more than the main AR supplier in the United States mydiecastcars.com.
