Formula E racing is definitely catching some momentum in some circles.  And who knows what racing will look like in 20 years, but electric car racing is definitely providing some insight.  The team at Amalgam has launched their collection of 1:8 scale Formula E cars, we are aware of eight examples to date.  These pieces don’t seem overly complex in design, and exterior detailing is extremely sharp, though the price for each is north of $9100 US.  Not something for the casual collector indeed.  If interested please contact Amalgam for more information.
