AUTOart has unveiled the production sample of their new 1:18 Ford F-150 Raptor Supercrew, this example is presented in Oxford White. Other colours include Ingot Silver, Agate Black, Ruby Red and Velocity Blue. The overall results look great! However engine detail is lacking and the interior side a little too plastic. And not to mention, the rear tailgate in locked in position. After waiting years, this model is set to arrive in early 2026.

Another half hearted effort from Autoart that will most likely come with a $250 to $300 price tag… tailgate locked, the usual weak engine bay details that have become the norm for Aa. Most like a non functional suspension. Not to mention the metallic trim on the dash and steering wheel looks like my 7 year old painted it. Keep up Autoart..👍
I agree with everything you say, but what’s wrong with the engine compartment?
Look into the history of the brand. Their attention to detail on all elements was much deeper than what the modern version of the brands presents. It’s like a shallow piece of plastic with meat and potatoes only, there is the dressing?!
Overall it looks very good, but compared to some other brands at the same or less pricing AUTOart is lacking.
Not gonna lie, the rear tailgate is kind of a big killer for me. If AutoArt does something like that Raptor I expect the rear tailgate to open.
Also it doesn’t help that they are late to the party. A Raptor R or at least a current-gen Raptor Eoboost would have been more interesting. Like that it’s just an “old” Raptor with a lack of details for a probably very significant price.
A Raptor R or Ram TRX with the right details and working suspension would be insane.
It’s going to be 310 EUR here in EU
This company use to do the coolest cars ever built and all kinds of supercars. Now we get a boring truck model! Lame. Easiest pass ever for me on an AutoArt model! If you want to do a truck model AA do a square body Chevy or 70’s bronco. Those are way cooler and much more desirable. O well at least it is not a stupid jeep with ducks on the dash
I never understand people that think THEIR TASTE is the center of the universe. I like that they do a truck like that and it’s magnitudes more interesting for me than the 38th Lamborghini. If it was better implemented I would be all over this.
The model looks good, petty about the tailgate, The detailing on the engine seems ok to me, with labels where they belong, of course the engine cover in newer vehicles takes away most of the details like spark coils, and cabling, but thats how it is in 1:1
The hood hinges and struts are great. Would like to see in the final hands on review what it feels like as most likely it is made out of composite not metal, and to be true, this is Autoarts greatest fail, looks ok until yo take grabs of the model, then it feels like you picked up a cheap toy not close to the $300 they will most likely ask for.
We don’t mind the composite or weight…. The challenge is the premium price compared to competitors. AUTOart has taken an OKAY approach to models in the last little bit.
